3 course menu : entree / main /  dessert - $70 per person

ENTREE

Cajun spiced calamari with char grilled chorizo on fetta and corn salsa (*)

Chicken terrine with pear and date relish finished with cornichons
and caperberries (*)

House cured salmon with pink peppercorns finished with
a passionfruit vinaigrette (*)

Carrot and apricot croquette with lemon and garlic ricotta (V)

SORBET

Your choice of:

300 gram rib eye on a seeded mustard potato pave, sauteed chard
topped with cafe de Paris butter (*)

Mushroom, sage and sundried tomato stuffed chicken breast wrapped in
proscuito with preserved lemon cous cous served with a warm fetta dressing

Sesame seed crusted salmon fillet served on a warm soba noodle salad

Fettuccini tossed with basil pistou, olives, cherry tomato, extra virgin olive oil
finished with fresh grated parmesan (V)

Dessert
Your choice of:

Orange and honey brulee with cardamom and pistachio short bread (*)

Chocolate marquise finished with honeycomb cream (*)

Vanilla yoghurt bavarois with balsamic strawberries (*)

Lime custard cake with a raspberry sorbet
