48 hours notice required for set menu

2 course menu: entree/main - $45 per person
3 course menu entree/main/desert - $60 per person
Vegetarian and coeliac options must be requested prior to arrival

Cajun spiced calamari with char grilled chorizo on fetta and corn salsa (*)

Chicken terrine with pear and date relish finished with cornichons and caperberries (*)

Carrot and apricot croquettes with lemon and garlic ricotta (v)

Sesame seed crusted salmon fillet seved on a warm soba noodle salad

300g Rib eye on a seeded mustard potato pave, sauteed chave
topped with Cafe de Paris butter (*)
(All Rib eyes will be cooked medium for groups)

Mushroom, sage and sundried tomato stuffed chicken breast wrapped in prosciutto
with preserved lemon cous cous with a warm fetta dressing

Your choice of dessert from chefs selection
